At Beer & Brew, our aim is to help people understand and enjoy beer. We run tastings, socials and courses that are open to all, and private events like Hen and Stag Parties. We also provide consultancy for pubs and restaurants, helping them choose the best beers for their menus, and training their teams to be 'beer ambassadors'. Beer & Brew is run by Robert Parker, supported by a team of beer fans. Rob is an Institute of Brewing & Distilling (IBD) qualified Beer Sommelier, one of around only 160 in the world. He knows lots about brewing beer, but his passion is for tasting. He loves sharing his knowledge in a fun and entertaining way, and helping people develop an appreciation for lots of different beer styles. There's no snobbery or preconceptions – it's just about making really good beer as accessible as possible. Rob's favourite … Read More

If you run a bar or a restaurant, the new wealth of options can make deciding on your beer range feel like an impossible task. There are so many people brewing, selling and writing about beer that the possibilities are overwhelming. So, how do you choose? And how do you make sure your team are able to sell the beers you decide … Read More
