At Beer & Brew, our aim is to help people understand and enjoy beer. We run tastings, socials and courses that are open to all, and private events like Hen and Stag Parties. We also provide consultancy for pubs and restaurants, helping them choose the best beers for their menus, and training their teams to be 'beer ambassadors'. Beer & Brew is run by Robert Parker – an Institute of Brewing & Distilling (IBD) qualified Beer Sommelier, one of only a few hundred in the world. He knows lots about brewing beer, but his passion is for tasting. We’ve teamed up with local food experts Brighton Food Tours to give you a most delicious three-hour afternoon of beer and food delights.
Over approx. 5 stops, we’ll dive into the best food and beer pairings that independent Brighton has to offer, hopping from place to place to give you a unique and very special taste of our amazing city.
